Job Role: Manufacturing Engineer

*Job Description: –

Key Responsibilities: working closely with design, production, and quality teams to streamline operations and support the company’s manufacturing goals.

*Key Accountabilities: –

1) Process Design and optimization:-
    – Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
    – Analyse workflows, layout designs, and equipment to optimize production efficiency.
    – Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process.

2) Production Support: –
    – Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
    – Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
    – Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and repair.

3) Continuous Improvement:-
    – Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
    – Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes.

4) Collaboration:-
    – Work with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
    – Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain compliance with standards and regulations.

5) Documentation and Compliance:-
    – Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    – Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
    – Maintain records of process changes and improvements.

*Competencies: –

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

Job Role: Purchase Engineer (BOP) Jr
Department: Purchase

*Job Description: –

Key Responsibilities: Provide support in purchase function and complete the assigned responsibilities on time.

*Key Accountabilities: –

1) Supporting for Planning & Procurement:-
     – Take work instructions from Purchase Manager and provide support for day to day work management.
     – Receive BOP Consumable And Hardware requirements and identify vendors. Get the quotations from vendors and make the statement.
     – Prepare purchase orders as per given instructions given by Manager and issue them to vendors with prior approval.
     – Provide support to Manager for and complete the assigned tasks as per schedule.

2) Material Follow Up: –
     – Do follow up with vendors for delivery of material . Ensure material is received as per the given schedule.
     – Identify vendors to supply BOP Consumable And Hardware. If required visit vendors and purchase material in case of emergency.
                                        
3) MIS & Reporting: –
     – Provide data to reporting Manager To Prepare and send daily/weekly reports to Management in the provided format.
     – Maintain quotations & documents/reports related to purchase.

4) Information Security:-
     – Should Include aspects of information security in all the above responsibilities.
     – Must possess awareness of basic information security concepts such as confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Job Role: Assistant Manager-Sales

*Job Description: –

Key Responsibilities: Submit project proposal and do sales closure. Responsible for achieving sales targets.

*Key Accountabilities: –
 
1) Proposal Submission: –
                                            Do Feasibility study, Understand Customer requirements, prepare the project proposal. Conduct technical discussions and provide additional information if required

2) Sales Closure: –
                              – Provide appropriate solutions, do negotiations if required and convert prospect in to sales. Achieving given sales target
                              – Discuss and finalize commercial and other terms of agreement. Collect purchase order.

3) Sales Coordination: –
                                        – Handover purchase order along with data and specifications to Execution department for further process.
                                       – Coordinate with other departments as per work requirement.

4) Client Relations: –
                                      Maintain cordial relations with clients and ensure periodical update of project is given to the client as per requirement.

5) People Management:-
                                           Set goals for sales team and provide guidance to improve performance. Motivate team to achieve business targets.

6) Continual Improvement: –
                                                 Monitor the ongoing work processes/systems and do continual improvement to improve performance.

7) MIS & Reporting: –
                                      Compile and update daily/monthly sales report to Management as per requirement. Attend Management meetings and give presentations as per requirement.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies and initiatives for the Aerospace division

*Key Accountabilities: –

1) Market Research & Analysis:-
     Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the aerospace and defence sectors.

2) Lead Generation:-
     Provide support to the sales team by generating leads, creating marketing materials, and conducting customer outreach campaigns

  – Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and case studies for potential clients.

  – Track and report on lead generation and sales performance metrics.

3) Campaign Planning and Execution: –

     Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns targeting key sectors in aerospace and defence.

  – Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.

  – Coordinate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services.

4) Digital Marketing: –
   – Manage the company’s digital marketing efforts including social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.

   – Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic to the company’s website and enhance online presence in the aerospace and defence sector.

   – Engage with industry influencers and online communities to build brand awareness.

5) Public Relations & Communications: –
     Assist in developing and managing PR initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation within the aerospace and defence sectors.

Job Role: VMC Operator
Department: Mechanical Engineering

*Job Description: –

-Operate VMC to manufacture precision tooling components as per the provided drawings and specifications. 
 
-Set up tools, fixtures, and materials on the VMC machine. 
 
-Select appropriate cutting tools and ensure proper tool setting. 
 
-Ensure components meet specified tolerances and quality standards. 
 
-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the VMC machine to ensure smooth operation. 
 
–Identify and report any machine issues or breakdown to the maintenance team. 
 
-Maintain records of machine settings, programs, and production activities. 
 
-Adhere to workplace safety standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment. 
 
-Follow tool room safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. 
 
Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent  
 
Experience: –

– Minimum 2-4 years of experience operating VMC machines in a tool room environment.

– Hands-on experience with programming and setting up CNC machines.
