Durgesh Dhawale plays a pivotal role in TechEra’s leadership, holding the position of Head of Quality Department. With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and MBA in Production and Material Management, Durgesh brings 13 years of experience, including a decade in Robotics and Automation and two years in the Defence sector. His extensive expertise in quality management has been crucial in establishing and upholding stringent quality control measures throughout the production process. His commitment goes beyond mere compliances; he strives to surpass quality expectations, demonstrating a strong focus on excellence and customer satisfaction. Sonali holds a key position at TechEra Engineering as the Head of Quality Management System (QMS). With an M.Ed. degree and over 25 years of total experience, including 6.5 years in the industry, she has previously worked with Symbiosis and Jendamark. Since joining TechEra in 2019, she has been a witness to the company’s remarkable growth. Her leadership has been essential in aligning quality objectives with strategic goals, fostering innovation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. She effectively coordinates with cross-functional teams, oversees audits, and spearheads continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency. Additionally, she plans conduct, and manages internal, external, and customer audits to uphold quality standards and regulations. Sonali is responsible for maintaining and managing QMS documentation, policies, procedures, work instructions and records, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility. With 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge across various industries, strong research and development skills, and exposure to multiple domains. My track record includes overseeing the design and implementation of turnkey automation projects, specializing in Robotics, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Conveyor Systems, SCADA, and IoT. I hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and have held key positions such as Director at Frontier Automation, Head of Projects at Fine Automation, and Head of Design at Affordable Robotics.

With over 7 years of experience as the Head of Procurement at TechEra, I bring a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our esteemed organization. My educational background includes a BE Mechanical and an MBA in OSCM, equipping me with the necessary skills to excel in my role. Throughout my professional journey, I have successfully led multiple functional teams and ensured the successful completion of various projects. As the leader of the Purchase department at TechEra Engineering, my focus is on driving new venture development, procuring raw materials, and enhancing BOP skills. I have extensive experience in optimizing supply chain operations, managing procurement processes, demand planning, material requirement planning, and inventory management within the manufacturing and Aerospace industry. I am skilled in leading projects from budgeting to commissioning and adept at managing stakeholders, resources, and procurement processes. As an experienced and results-driven professional with 18 years of experience, I have developed a diverse skill set in production management, quality control, procurement, Maintenance, Fabrication, Assembly, and process improvements. With a proven track record of success in projects, I have demonstrated proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring simultaneous initiatives to deliver exceptional results. As a natural problem solver, I am committed to troubleshooting challenges, promoting quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery, while fostering a dynamic team environment. Having traversed diverse sectors including Factory Automation, Aerospace Tooling, Automotive Manufacturing, and Process Engineering, I’ve had the privilege of spearheading numerous cross-functional teams, successfully steering multi-million dollar projects, both domestically and internationally, earning a reputation for delivering excellence and exceeding expectations. Dynamic and self-motivated, result-oriented having 11 years of experience in aircraft assembly and detail part tooling manufacturing in the Aerospace and Defence sector, I have constantly demonstrated a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction and help to position me an asset in the organization. I bring a wealth of expertise and achievement to problem-solving prowess, CAD/CAM proficiency, commitment to continuous improvement, effective implementation and upgradation of standard operation processes, process optimization, effective collaboration skills, and expertise in safety leadership.

Currently, I am leading Business Development in the Aerospace and Defense domain with a 25% increase in sales through innovative marketing strategies, customer relationship improvements, and effective team training. Areas of experience: Having an experience 13 years of in managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and fund management, working capital management, and investments, excels in designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report, and accounts and excellence in examining and analyzing accounting records, financial reports to access accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Past business experience: Mr. Sandip Shinde has worked as Finance & Compliances Manager in Jendamark Techcellency Automation (India) Private Limited for eight (8) years and was responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and fund management, working capital management, and investments. He has hands-on experience in identifying areas of strength & weakness in the financial function, driving controllership of the taxation area; managing stems effectively to improve efficiency to improve efficiency, increase cost saving, productivity & bottom line.
